Requirements: To ensure that we can provide for a comfortable stay
for all of our guests, we need to know about any needs you may have
that would not be typical of every guest. Some examples of "special
requirements" might be : "cat free environment needed due to severe
allergy" (we have cats in residence) , or "must have suite with private
bath" (we have rooms with both shared and private baths), or "very
sensitive
to most cleaning fluids", etc. We can only be responsible for providing
the special conditions you may require if we are informed of them in
advance.
No refunds will be given for cancellations due to requirements not
specified
at the time of making your reservation.

current as possible by updating daily.
Minimum Stay: While we do
accommodate some requests for one night stays, we will frequently
accept only requests for two nights or more on weekends, during busy
periods or when scheduling of longer requests is likely to be adversely
impacted.
