Nymph Falls Park


On the Puntledge River on the way to Forbidden Plateau, a twenty minute drive from Copes Islander Oceanfront B&B, Nymph Falls Park offers a network of  trails through second growth forest. The trail from the parking lot leads to the Puntledge River, with it's swimming holes popular with the locals on hot summer days.

Amenities and Attractions:

- A variety of single use trails for hikers and cyclists as well as multi use trails for hikers, cyclists and horseback riders.
- Features a well marked 1.5 km loop trail.
- Swimming hole on the Puntledge River.

Driving directions: From Courtenay, take the Piercy Rd connector towards Hwy 19 ( Inland Island Highway ). Turn left at Plateau Rd. just before the Highway entrance. Parking lot is opposite 4478 Plateau Rd. Approximately 16 km from Downtown Courtenay.
