Massage treatments included in our Relaxation Getaway packages can be provided in your room or at Dianne Hagen's oceanfront studio just a few meters walk down the road. Two kinds of massage are available: Chair Massage and Esalen Message.

Chair Massage - What is it?

Chair massage promotes general circulation which typically results in one or more of the following experiences:

- a general feeling of relaxation and well-being.
- a reduction of stress
- an increased vitality
- an increased sense of personal control 

Esalen Massage

Esalen Massage is a relaxing massage which incorporates long, smooth strokes, gentle rocking and streching as well as scultpting of the deep musculature. This a done in a nuturing setting surrounded by candles and soft music with the waves lapping at the shore only a few meters away.
